These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern your use of The Klub platform as a registered talent member ("Presenter"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Klub is a talent platform connecting professional presenters, hosts, actors, and other creative talent with brands seeking their services.
You must provide accurate, complete information during registration. Your profile, including your name, photograph, video reels, skills, and other details, will be visible to brands on the platform. You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date. The Klub reserves the right to remove or suspend profiles that contain misleading or inappropriate content.
When a brand expresses interest in your profile, you will receive a match notification. You may accept or decline match requests at your discretion. Once a match is accepted, the brand may propose a booking with project details and compensation. You are not obligated to accept any booking.
The Klub operates an escrow payment system. Brands pay upfront through the platform. Upon successful completion of a project, funds are released to you minus the platform commission (currently 15%). Payments are processed via Stripe Connect or PayPal, depending on your payout settings. The Klub aims to process payouts within 7 business days of project completion.
You agree to conduct yourself professionally at all times when engaged through the platform. This includes punctuality, preparedness, and adherence to the project brief. Failure to meet professional standards may result in negative feedback, which affects your professional rating and badge eligibility.
After each completed project, you are required to complete a mandatory review of the brand. Reviews are double-blind and contribute to the trust ecosystem of the platform. You will also receive professional ratings from brands, which are aggregated into your public Professional Rating percentage.
The Klub awards badges (Crowd Celebrity, Gold Level, Rising Talent) based on performance metrics. Badge eligibility is calculated automatically, but activation requires admin approval. Badges may be revoked if performance drops below the required thresholds.
All communication with brands regarding projects must take place through The Klub's in-platform messaging system. Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) through the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of your creative content (photos, videos, reels) uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant The Klub a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform for the purpose of promoting your profile to brands.
You may close your account at any time. The Klub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Outstanding payments for completed projects will be honoured regardless of account status.
The Klub acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between you and the brand. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from projects arranged through the platform, except where caused by our negligence.
